We wanted the kitchen and living room opened up and had been told by two other trades it would mean a bulkhead across the ceiling. EBK worked through it with our engineer and got the beam flush. Propping went in properly, no cracking anywhere in the ceilings, and they were out in three days.

Framed our rear extension. What stood out was that they checked the set-out against the existing house before they started and found the back wall was out by a fair bit. Sorted it in the frame rather than leaving it for the window installer to discover.
